Research, Evaluation & Studies

We assist clients with research projects involving individual and organizational capacity building and studies dealing with policy implications, most covering social, economic, and financial subject areas. Services include:

• Evaluations — analyzing partial and whole programs to ensure that, contracted or expected outcomes were achieved in accordance with contractual or other terms. Experimental and non-experimental evaluation designs can be constructed, tested and implemented.
  
  
• Focus Group and Working Meetings — taking applicable statements of work (requirements) and developing and executing a work plan to accomplish all identified and approved tasks. Before proceeding, appropriate designs are outlined with our recommendations.
  
  
• Research Projects — working with clients to identify the correct specification of the problem and designing the processes required to arrive at the best solutions within constrained resource limits.
