Human Resource Development
Coffey's services include assessments, group facilitation, customized training, surveys and team building.
Our human resource development services include:
- Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) – mediation, joint problem solving, and facilitated, preventative, fact-finding, advisory or imposed ADR. (MOBIS SIN 874-1)
- Assessments – organizational assessment, findings review and recommendations, policy and procedure development, and design and development of customized communications training. Assessments include the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and similar instruments.
- Group Facilitation – conflict resolution, focus groups and retreats, improvement of internal communications, team building and values clarification.
- Customized Training – career development, diversity as a competitive advantage, and transformation leadership and management.
- Surveys – information and formal surveys that include organizational culture, customer satisfaction, diversity assessment, and data collection in support of management initiatives. A typical organizational survey could include preliminary planning meetings, interviews with senior management, scope refinement, process clarification, instrument development and testing, analysis, conducting the survey, synthesis and reporting of results, and providing feedback and follow-up services.
- Team Building – organizational assessment, findings review and recommendations, and design and development of customized team building interventions and training.
