Through the General Services Administration (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) Schedule Federal Supply Contract GS-10F-0176P (effective February 2, 2004 through February 1, 2014), Coffey provides a range of management services to federal agencies. Our approved Special Item Numbers (SINs) are:

  • Consulting Services (SIN 874-1)
  • Facilitation Services (SIN 874-2)
  • Survey Services (SIN 874-3)
  • Training Services (SIN 874-4) included in SIN 874-1; Coffey does only customized training
  • Acquisition Management Support (SIN 874-6)
  • Program & Project Management Services (SIN 874-7)

Department of Education Streamlined Acquisition Tool (ED-SAT) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

Through a U.S. Department of Education competition, Coffey was awarded two BPAs that provide the company the ability to compete for work in the following areas:

Conducting process evaluations, random assignment experimental studies (net impact evaluations), quasi-experimental studies (net impact evaluations), ethnographic studies, case studies, survey studies, meta-analyses of rigorous studies, and providing technical assistance.

MATO Contract

Through a U.S. Department of Education competition, Coffey was awarded a Multiple Award Task Order (MATO) contract that provides the company the ability to compete for work orders in the following five areas:

  • Research and policy analysis/assessment
  • Research and evaluation design, data collection and analysis
  • Performance measurement
  • Program assessments
  • Support services
